Ministries

All the ministries at Turkey Creek Community Church serve to connect people to God and to one another. The term ministry simply means to serve; therefore, these ministries seek to serve the communities most core needs. Connection, community and compassion.  God created us to belong to Him and to one another. John Donne stated that no man is an island unto himself; every man is a part of the main. We are all connected in one way or another to each other. The Apostle Paul writes there is one body but many members. Our ministries seek to move beyond the universal connection toward deep community. Community is more than living in close proximity or shared space. Community is belonging to one another. Growing toward shared purpose and benefiting from one another's gifts, talents and love. Compassion speaks of discovering God's purpose and ministry through you toward the community and world. Therefore, our ministries are more organic than organizational; more intuitive than institutional; more process than program.
